ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY
Your shipping charges will be calculated and viewable at checkout. Once an order has been received in our system, it can generally take approximately 2-3 business days to process and ship. Domestic delivery will take approximately 3-7 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing times.
We only ship to addresses located within the United States of America at this time.
Our business hours are Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 6:00pm CST.
Orders placed Monday through Friday after 5:00pm CST will be shipped the following business day.
Shipments may be sent using USPS or FedEx. Shipping times are dependent on location from our main warehouses and fulfillment centers.
If you have not received your order, your order is damaged, or you require an exchange, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Failure to contact us in a timely manner may affect your ability to return any damaged products to us.
You agree that we may charge you any sales or nexus taxes collected in your jurisdiction as applicable when ordering any of our products.
When tracking your shipment, please allow 2-3 business days for the tracking to update. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping email confirmation with your tracking number.

We encourage our customers to place an order when half of their CBD is gone. This will prevent shipping delays and ensure you will not run out of CBD.
You agree not to hold us liable for any disruption of our service or failure to deliver our product for any reason beyond our control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, criminal acts, labor shortages, labor strikes (both lawful and unlawful), postal service or courier service disruption, infrastructure disruption, communication failure, material shortages, or any other circumstance that may be beyond our control.
Should any provision of this Agreement be unlawful, void, or otherwise legally unenforceable, the rest of the Agreement shall remain enforceable as though the unenforceable provision had not been a part of this Agreement
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Power Flower/powerflowerlabs.com with respect to the Site and it surpasses any and all prior or concurrent communications, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Power Flower/powerflowerlabs.com with respect to the Site.
PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING
Despite our best efforts to ship your products responsibly, accidents may happen. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged and photo proof during shipping within that timeframe.
POWER FLOWER REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Because of the time, cost, preparation, and care that goes into providing our Products, refunds will be given for UNOPENED AND SEALED product only, within fourteen (14) days of the product received date. To submit a refund request, please contact us at email@example.com and wait for confirmation before returning any unopened or damaged product(s).
You acknowledge that we do not offer refunds for any opened Product(s).
Customer is responsible for return shipping.
We have an explicit Refund & Return Policy in these Terms of Service to which you have agreed prior to completing the purchase of Products. For this reason we will not agree to take any type of chargeback from your credit card company. In the event that a chargeback is placed on a purchase or we receive a chargeback threat during or after your purchase, we reserve the right to report the incident to all three credit reporting agencies and/or to any other entity for inclusion in any chargeback database or for listing as a delinquent account which might have a negative impact on your credit score. Chargeback abusers wishing to be removed from the database will need to make full payment for the amount of the chargeback.
30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
It's important that you identify the products that best suit your health needs and lifestyle, so our 30-day satisfaction guarantee is intended for that purpose. CBD products should be used as daily, personalized supplements and individual responses may vary as determined by the dosage and duration of use. For this reason, we encourage our customers to use new CBD products for at least two weeks. If, after two weeks, you are not satisfied with your product, simply complete the Satisfaction Guarantee Form and we will issue a discount or credit toward your next purchase. Our guarantee applies only to first-time purchases of any product from PowerFlowerHealth.com. Power Flower will not issue refunds, discounts, or credits pursuant to this guarantee from a purchase made in a retail store or from an unauthorized seller or from any other site other than from PowerFlowerHealth.com. If you purchase multiple quantities of the same product, Power Flower will issue a refund or credit pursuant to this guarantee for the price of a single quantity of the product. Refunds issued are for the price paid by the customer for the product and specifically excludes costs of shipping and any applied discounts. All claims made pursuant to this guarantee must be submitted to Power Flower within 30 days of purchase in accordance with this policy. The Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to products that are damaged in shipping. If your products arrive damaged, please refer to our policy on Products Damaged in Shipping.
All Satisfaction Guarantee Forms are subject to review and refunds/credits are provided at the sole discretion of Power Flower. Power Flower reserves the right to refuse refunds, discounts, or credits, at any time, for any reason.
